Bishop Anna is currently visiting Whitehorse in the Yukon to teach at the Provincial School of Congregational Development.
This past sunday she was welcomed at Christ Church Cathedral and gave the sermon. At the Cathedral, there are a number of remarkable Ted Harrison stained glass windows (see pictures above and below). Ted Harrison was originally from the village of Wingate in the County Durham in England. He immigrated to Canada, settling in Carcross, just outside Whitehorse, with his family. Later on in life, he moved down to Victoria, BC and remainded here until his death in 2015. He left behind a legacy of fantastic art, with many works featuring the Yukon.
