 am of theological education designed to equip lay people to live out the m
 inistry to which all Christians are called through baptism.\nWherever you 
 are on your faith journey\, EfM offers a place to begin or to continue to 
 discern how God is inviting you to grow\, serve\, and live with purpose. I
 n EfM you are invited to step into a community of listening\, learning and
  prayer to discover the breadth and depth of the Christian tradition\, and
 \, through the practice of theological reflection\, enter into a dynamic c
 onversation between tradition\, contemporary culture and personal experien
 ce.\nEfM helps you name and nurture your gifts\, recognize moments of invi
 tation from God\, and discern how your unique story fits into God’s miss
 ion in the world. Through study\, reflection and shared wisdom\, you’ll 
 be empowered to live your faith with intention and courage.\nIf you would
