Participants are r esponsible for making all their own travel and hotel arrangements. This in cludes transportation into Victoria from the airport. We will create a Fac ebook page where people can connect to arrange carpooling. \nProgram\nThe event will officially begin at 8:30am on Tuesday\, November 24 at Christ Church Cathedral.\nIt will officially end with the celebratory Eucharist a t Christ Church Cathedral on Wednesday\, November 25. The service will sta rt at 4pm and will be livestreamed.\nMore details about the program and th e service will be shared soon. \nBursaries and funding\nThere is money fo r bursaries that has generously been made available through grants from th e Anglican Church of Canada and the Anglican Foundation of Canada. An appl ication for bursaries is available HERE. If you are applying for bursary f unding\, please do not register until you are notified regarding your appl ication. Applications will be accepted until September 15\, 2026. Successf ul bursary applicants will be notified by September 30\, 2026.\nPlease not e that we aim to have participation from across Canada which means travel costs will vary considerably. We respectfully ask that you take advantage of any continuing education funds or other sources of financial assistance so that we can use bursary funds to assist people coming from further afi eld as much as possible.\nAccommodation \nWe have negotiated corporate ra tes with three hotels in the city.
