This event is mandatory for all active clergy of the diocese.

Rooms have been held at the Best Western hotel for arrival Monday May 15 2017, with departure Thursday May 18 2017 (3 nights).
All rooms include a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, free Wi-Fi, parking, access to the indoor mineral pool, hot tub and fitness facilities.

Signature Deluxe Queen Suite
One-bedroom queen suite is their signature standard room. This suite features a fully equipped kitchenette, a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a 2014 Serta® mattress. The suite also includes two 40-inch flat screen televisions.

A standard two queen room features two 2014 Serta® mattresses. This room includes a 40-inch flat screen television.

Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suite
This two-bedroom suite features a fully equipped kitchenette and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed. One room has a double bed and the other has a king bed, both with Serta® mattresses. The third bed is the sofa bed. This suite includes three 40-inch flat screen TV's. This suite can accommodate up to six adults.

VIP Deluxe King Suite with Balcony
Our VIP king suite has a private balcony and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a 2014 Serta® king bed mattress. This suite also features two 40-inch flat screen televisions and in-room safe. All stays include a full hot breakfast buffet, complimentary wireless Internet, robes as well as upgraded bathroom amenities.

There are only certain amounts of each category of room available, so to avoid disappointment please book early BUT NO LATER THAN April 15 2017. After then it’s a “first come first served” with the general public at the regular rate available.
